PRIVATE  KNIFE  MAKING  LESSONS  with  GEORGE  
COURSE Lesson #1 - Making the Knife $375
You Keep the Knife $150 Value

This will take you through the making of the knife from drawing out
the pattern on the knife material, grinding, and handling the knife.
The major portion of the work will be completed on the first Sat. the
second Sat. will be when the knife has returned from heat treat and
will be ready for handling.

Two consecutive Saturdays -  
1st Saturday 9am-2pm  ~ 2nd Saturday 9am-noon approx.
Basic materials provided to make "The Wood Century"
i.e. 440C, cocobolo for handle material, S/S pin
"You must provide the Patience" 

COURSE Lesson #2 - Making the Sheath $175
This will take you through the making of the sheath that fits the
knife you have just completed.  You'll start with a plain piece
of leather and end up with a professional looking sheath for your knife.

One Saturday - 9am - noon
  Basic materials provided
i.e. 8-9oz vegetable tanned leather, thread, glue
"Again you must provide the Patience" 


You may choose either course, or Both

NOTE:  Bring your lunch for the first Sat. lesson
all the rest of the lessons will be completed by lunch time.
Knifemaking is not a clean occupation dress appropriately.
